Terms of sale.

The deal when you buy from the FAB store, in plain English.

The short version: these are the terms for buying from the FAB store. Be 18 or over, pay for what you order, and we'll make and send it as described. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Who we are

The FAB store is run by Friendly Aussie Buds ("FAB", "we", "us") at friendlyaussiebuds.com. Questions? Use our contact form.

Who can buy

You need to be 18 or over to buy from the store. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

Products and prices

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
  • Our apparel and merch is printed on demand. Colours on screen can look a little different in real life, and print placement can vary slightly.
  • We try to keep everything accurate. If we've made a mistake with a price or description, we'll let you know before we process your order and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

  • Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • We may cancel an order if an item can't be produced, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you'll get a full refund.

Directory listings

Paid directory listings (Linked and Featured) run for 12 months from payment. We'll email you before a listing is due to renew. We review every listing and can decline or remove one that doesn't fit the directory, with a pro-rata refund for any unused paid time.

Using FAB content

Everything on this site is for education and information. It isn't medical or legal advice, and it isn't an offer to sell cannabis. Talk to a doctor about medicinal cannabis, and check the laws where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies. Last updated: October 2026.
