Stoke Industries | The Friendly Aussie Podcast – S2E6

On this episode of the Friendly Aussie Podcast, get STOKED for our 110-minute long-form conversation with Simon – the Founder of Stoke Industries.

Get ready – perhaps it’s wise to go to the bathroom, make yourself something to eat, do some stretches… then sit or lie down, and get comfortable. You’ll need to respect all of your pre-podcast preparation rituals – because this time, we’re abandoning any care whatsoever that we usually have, with episode lengths. We’ve gone ALL OUT. Again, get ready.

Stoke Industries is an up-and-coming Australian manufacturing company. They work with sustainably sourced materials – such as recycled Aluminium – and employ the finest machinery to produce items that will last you a lifetime. As the inventor of an uncompromisingly bold and original product – dubbed the ‘Stoke Inhaler’ – Simon gave us an opportunity to peer behind-the-scenes of the development of his space-age beug, on this podcast.

This beauty has a modular, sturdy, environment-proof build, built for portability – the Stoke is nearly unbreakable, more durable than an old Nokia cellular… meaning you can take it anywhere!

Indoors or outdoors, be it beach, bush or doof – this thing is sure to pack a punch!

Now, this podcast isn’t a paid endorsement or a promotion… however, Stoke and FAB are very likely to work together in some form, into the future. Safe to say, we’re impressed with the indestructible aluminium bong from space!

Feel free to check out Stoke Industries for yourself – and consider picking up an inhaler. Who knows – it could be the last one you ever need!

Covering Every Topic Under the Sun, With Simon

As we’ve mentioned earlier in this post… this conversation is quite the long one! We spend quite a while (maybe a third of this podcast?) talking about Stoke – the product, company and dream that Simon represents, and how it all came to be… but, seeing as we found speaking with Simon to be so much fun, we really struggled to condense it all down. In fact, we really couldn’t – every time we tried, we’d just end up somewhere else. So, that’s why this episode of the Podcast is over 100 minutes long.

Sorry (not sorry), folks! Though, we hope you can forgive us. At the end of the day, you will just have to deal with the three of us candidly diverging, getting onto a range of enjoyable tangents – relating to business, society, politics, the cannabis community, and more! We can go pretty far down that rabbit hole, in this cast… before we start to realise that for ourselves. Then we recorrect course, and come back to speaking about the Stoke. We bring you the highest podcasts!

What can you say – other than “Wow, I’m really glad we have yet another episode of classic cannabis enthusiast chats, banter from the best!” … I mean, really.

I’m joking when I say this, of course, but I sure bet you could structure some kind of game following our behaviour, on this podcast – imagine if every time we either diverged from or came back to the topic at hand (or, the one we named the ‘cast after), audience members sank a cone!

Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend it. You could get VERY stoned, VERY quickly, if you went about things that way… and we think it’s important to advocate for responsible use.

Thanks for coming into our studios and onto the Friendly Aussie Podcast, Simon! We’re really keen to see where your company and product will end up, into the future – and we’ll be following the ‘Stoke Industries’ brand very closely!
