At Aussie Organik, we think it’s high time to get back to basics and believe that skincare does not need to be complicated to be effective!

We’re keeping it simple, using the highest quality Australian grown hemp oil with natural and organic ingredients to create products that deliver a potent nutritional boost to the skin and work to heal, balance, nourish, and repair.

Aussie Organik is proudly Australian made, owned and operated. We will always use Australian grown cold pressed hemp seed oil in our products and are committed to supporting the Australian hemp industry with a hope of spreading awareness around the amazing health and environmental benefits that this plant has to offer.

WHY HEMP?

Hemp seed oil has long been dubbed as nature’s most perfectly balanced oil and for good reason. Containing the optimal 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids and an impressive nutritional profile filled with antioxidants, amino acids, vitamin A, E and B, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, phospholipids, phytosterols, potassium and zinc; It’s not hard to see why this amazing super-plant oil is the hero in Aussie Organik products.

Hemp oil is non-comedogenic, meaning it will not clog your pores. This makes it a real winner for oily skin types as it actually helps to balance out excessive sebum production whilst effectively hydrating the skin. Goodbye breakouts and hello glow!

The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties found in hemp oil are proven to help soothe and treat skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema and rosacea by calming irritation and speeding up the healing process to encourage healthy new skin cell turnover. But the magic doesn’t end there.

Hemp oil contains a potent antioxidant profile and naturally occurring low level SPF (sun protector factor) which work together to slow the breakdown of skin cells, fight against free radical damage and provide natural protection from the sun (although we always recommend that you slip, slop, slap with at least 30+ SPF when exposed to sunlight).
