The Best Aussie Cannabis Podcasts

There are so many amazing Australian content creators out there; this is no less true when it comes to the online cannabis scene.

Aussie Cannabis Podcast

As cannabis content creators ourselves, we really enjoy consuming high-quality content geared towards an Aussie audience. We see the importance of giving these often underappreciated voices a larger platform.
So, without further ado…

The Top 5 Aussie Cannabis Podcasts!

This list has been compiled in no particular order. If you’re scowling the internet for all-new ways to amuse yourself, we highly recommend you check these ‘grassroots’ shows out!

‘Pot Cast’ Heavy Dayze Collective

The Heavy Dayze Collective produces an excellent cannabis podcast, specialising in long-form interviews.

They cover the topics of growing, breeding and the broader cannabis culture in an informative and entertaining fashion.

This cannabis podcast is the ‘OG’ – perhaps the best and longest running to emerge from Australia.

The Herbalized Podcast

The Herbalized Podcast delivers up to date information on the latest law reforms across Australia – and the rest of the world.

They talk with all sorts: growers, patients, dealers, artists, dispensary owners, politicians, law enforcement, and any other stakeholders.

Herbalized closely examines the impacts of legalisation and decriminalisation of the herb we all know and love, in podcast format. You can check out their show on Soundcloud!

The Friendly Aussie Podcast

This is FAB’s very own podcast, where Joe and Mitch ‘cultivate connection’ by conducting interviews and discussions circulating around ‘all things cannabis!’

Yes, I know – it probably counts as vain to include ourselves. However, we are one of the most consistent cannabis podcasts to ever exist in Australia – with 19 episodes in a single year. You should check us out and see what you think!

Nimbin FM

Nimbin FM is technically a radio station, to be sure… but we’re including them on this list because their cannabis content is near unparrallelled. Hailing from the cannabis capital of Australia, you would definitely expect that to be the case!

Nimbin FM livestreams their broadcasts. Check it out – the hippies do a great job!

The Australian Cannabis Review

This podcast is dedicated to exploring the latest trends in the Australian cannabis industry – in great detail. There are twelve episodes of this podcast available on YouTube.

The most recent episode was uploaded in December 2018… so it has been a while since the series has been active. Luckily, the archive is still an informative watch.

Honourable Mention – The Greendorphin Podcast

We really enjoyed the first episode of the Greendorphin Podcast when it aired at the beginning of 2019! We hope it eventually returns in full force for a second episode.
